This time the community updates mainly were updates of the different software packages underlying GermanBC; some of them were major updates, so we had some work to integrate them into our own packages.

Nevertheless there are some new little feature or enhancements available now.

Depending on the industry of a business, hosting or holding special events could be one of the most important ways to promote the own company or products; or, if the business is out of the gastronomy sector, it is even one of the services the business offers.

At this point we want to thank you, all members of GermanBC and the whole German-speaking community of British Columbia, for supporting us and our project, specially those, who trust our business services and publish a business listing and/or advertisement for their business on our website.

The Olympic Winter Games Vancouver 2010 are running. All people support their teams and follow the news and results out of the Games. While we integrated the official news and results feeds and widgets into our website to help our members get and stay informed even while using GermanBC, we would be very happy to get your personal news and media about and froim the Olympic Winter Games.
